SPURR Procurement Assistance for Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) Program
SPURR is a Joint Powers Authority buying group focused on utility services. Members include Public Education organizations, Governments and Municipalities, non-profits and other public agencies. Members can leverage SPURR Master Contracts to secure utility solutions faster—and with optimized pricing and terms while remaining compliant with required State and internal procurement processes.
What is the PAVE Program?
The Procurement Assistance for Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) program includes a group of vendors (including Alco Building Solutions) awarded SPURR Master Contracts (SMCs) based on their proven ability to provide turnkey installation of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. Services provided with the PAVE program include:
