Alco Building Solutions, Inc., is proud to announce that we have been recognized as an awardee for the School Project for Utility Rate Reduction (SPURR) Procurement Assistance for Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) program.

Arcadia, California – November 30, 2023 – Alco Building Solutions, Inc. (ABS) is proud to announce that we have been recognized as an awardee for the School Project for Utility Rate Reduction (SPURR) Procurement Assistance for Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) program.

 

Over 240 organizations were invited to participate in the SPURR PAVE RFP, and 14 responses were received. Of the 14 submissions, four organizations were awarded: Alco Building Solutions, ForeFront Power, Highland Electric Fleets, and InCharge Energy.

SPURR is a Joint Powers Authority (JPA) that boasts more than 300 public school districts as members. Other public entities such as community college districts, County Offices of Education, and municipalities can also procure goods and services through SPURR contracts. SPURR programs are designed to help their members and other eligible agencies reduce and control utility costs through competitive solicitations for utility-related goods and services.
