Our project team of certified and licensed electricians and engineers has designed customized energy infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of commercial, industrial, municipal, K-12 and higher ed organizations across the U.S.
We handle everything from initial assessment and design through implementation and ongoing maintenance. We also handle all permitting and secure all state and federal funding/rebate opportunities.

Sara Greenbeck
As a former Child Development Director, Sara fostered the growth and well-being of young minds. From there, Sara transitioned into her current role as our Controller, where her strategic acumen and financial prowess drive the fiscal success of ABS.

Farhan Sheikh
With a background in Civil Engineering, a Master’s in Construction Management, and certifications including PMP, CMIT, and OSHA 30, Farhan brings both technical mastery and strategic vision.

Preconstruction Engineer/Engineering Manager
Jim Krieg
With 20 years of experience in electrical and mechanical design, Jim develops complex C&I solar systems, battery energy storage, and PV microgrids for government, education, healthcare, and private-sector clients. An expert in solar site assessments, he evaluates equipment space, interconnection limits, and EMS/SCADA constraints to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure. Known for risk mitigation strategies that keep critical facilities operational during utility outages.

Energy Engineer
Faiq Naderi
Faiq holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, a Master of Business Administration, and is an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) and OSHA certified. Faiq has built an impressive career, starting as an Assistant Electrical Design Engineer during his internship and progressing through roles such as Electrical Quality Assurance Engineer, University Lecturer, Electrical Engineer, and Senior Electrical Engineer.

Dave Fulton
Dave plays a key role in both marketing and business development for ABS. His exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with different personalities are highly valued by customers, prospects and coworkers alike. He is also a terrific motivator, frequently inspiring others to overcome challenges and achieve previously unattainable goals.
Dave received his Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Known for his passion for structure, process, and organization, Curtis thrives on transforming complex, ambiguous initiatives into clear, actionable plans with defined timelines, resources, and measurable outcomes. He enjoys solving logistical and operational challenges to deliver projects efficiently and effectively. Curtis holds a B.S. in Sociology and professional accreditations including CALT and CAPM.

With more than 18 years' experience in office administration and management, Vanessa ensures that the ABS office runs smoothly. Always professional and unflappable,
Vanessa tackles every challenge with grace and a 'whatever-it-takes' attitude. When she's not in the office, Vanessa can be found working on her Business Management degree, supporting her kid's sporting activities or shopping for shoes. Lots and lots of shoes!

Bianca Matcham
Bianca brings over a decade of experience in team leadership and operations, with a background spanning nonprofits, startups, and public agencies. Over the past year, she’s applied that expertise to the construction industry—leading teams, refining processes, and managing projects from start to finish. Known for her clear communication and calm, practical approach, Bianca is passionate about building trust with clients and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
